I’ve had a ton of various digestion issues that I believe are linked to CVD or long CVD. I’ve tried many things like various enzymes, probiotics, diets, peppermint capsules, cardamom, licorice, yogurt, aloe, literally tons of things, too many to list here. My digestion was so bad it was affecting my sleep. This Ion stuff seems to be really helping reduce my indigestion, bloating, food intolerances, and also improve bowel movement. I’m only 3 days in with 2-3 drops taken 2-3x per day. I started off with just one drop. I didn’t want to react poorly with the full serving. So in time I hope to come back and update this review. It's worth giving them a try. Everyone will respond differently, they're potent. The concept behind them is also strong, I was listening to the inventor talk about them on a podcast (he's interesting). I'm glad I found out about them. I haven't used long enough to say what it does or note changes, but the concept of the product makes sense and I'm looking forward to working with this. The liquid is easy to take and the packaging feels premium. Ingredients are minimal and well selected, which I appreciate.
