As a Holistic Nutritionist, I give this to my 4 year old grandson. So good for this growing bones. He is a vegan and is thriving!!

These drops have a pleasant taste, and my baby drinks them without any problem — no crying or fussing, which is always a plus. I originally bought Kid-E-Cal thinking it was a calcium supplement, but after looking more closely at the full ingredient list, I realized it’s more of a herbal blend than an actual calcium source for children. So while it’s a decent supplement, it’s not exactly what I was looking for, as I specifically needed a calcium-focused product. Still, it might work well for those who are looking for a general herbal support.

The grown-up version "Herbal Calcium" tincture was out of stock during the Covid times so I used this children version as a replacement for a while. It is okay and I did not recognize any difference in terms of effectiveness except that this children version contains Valerian in place of Lobelia. Valerian is a relaxing sedative, so I would not take this within a few hours of going out or some extraneous mental work such as important exams.

Calcium for children. This is the second time I've bought it. I give to my children 8 and 4 years old. My son has slow growing molars, after starting a course of calcium immediately begin to grow. It tastes neutral, no need to write anything down . The quality is satisfactory. The package is enough for a course of 2.5-3 months
