mason ear health does help, just found out i needed more than a pill to help my problem. but, in dealing with the ear ringing this did help me get through it. i would recommend it for the benefits and quality of it. it's easy to take and did make dealing with my problem a little better.
I noticed at beginning that i wasn't feeling much relief. So i decided at my own risk to double the dosage. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and what a great decision that was. I feel much better. The reason i am giving it 4 stars is because by taking 4 a day might not be able to afford it in the future since i want to continue taking this type of supplement for at least 6 months. So for that reason only i might try another brand.
