I’ve been taking Ora organic multis for a while since they used whole food sourced vitamins and minerals in amounts that weren’t super high. However I decided to try to find an alternative since they were so expensive. These ones are more affordable for me since I only take one since they’re 100% value of everything and I get a decent amount of vitamins and minerals from my diet. I really like that they don’t add excess amounts. I love the transparency of where each vitamin was sourced and that they’re all natural. I think they’re great!

My husband takes these and notices a difference in his overall health. He feels better when he’s working out if he’s taking this vitamin.

This was one of the only multivitamins I could find that had all essential nutrients including magnesium, copper, and iron and sourced all vitamins from real foods instead of using fermentation or synthetic ingredients like 99% of the vitamins do! I was so happy I came across this!

Great quality, all the ingredients (vitamins) you need. Tastes a bit like plastic, due to packaging (I think). All the benefits for a fitness lover, workout person who trains a lot. Perfect supplement, that gives you exactly what you need. Has 100% of almost every ingredient.

Nice clean ingredients, that make this MV a quality product. Tasteless, and you may consume them any time of the day. They do actually help with the workout because ot their composition. I gave it four stars because they are overpriced. Kaged could do better with the price and make this product available to more people who cant afford them.
