I’ve tried sleeping pills occasionally to help manage short-term insomnia, and overall, my experience has been mixed. This product has been great for me. I have taken nightly for about a year, with my medical providers approval. The dosage has been adequate most nights, I can typically be asleep within 30 minutes, I read until I start to get tired. The Gaba formula is harder to find but is the only one I use, glad that is available here. No morning drowsiness.
