you can smell some of the herbs which are in it which means they are actually using herbs and not artificial things. you can trust this brand and this one is expensive usually but I get it when it is on sale. which i love to use for sleep aid...

I’ve been taking this nightly for over a month now. It doesn’t make me groggy the next day and I’m so glad it doesn’t have valerian in it. I do have to take two though
