No effect... I always give a supplement at least 3 months to try out so it was like few bottles for few months... Nothing was improve when using this product.. this product might help someone else but it did not help me..

It looks like it a very concentrated extract inside one capsule. More than the usual dosage for green tea supplement.

Often use this before I exercise for a little added energy. I primarily like the green tea as part of my daily routine, as an overall healthy supplement, known to boost the immune system and have other benefits.

Love all Gaia products, great quality, perfect size capsules and good ingredients. Will order again
