Gentle Foaming Facial Cleanser, Fragrance Free, 8 fl oz (236 ml)

I purchased this cleanser for my 10 yr old son who suffers from eczema and keratosis pilaris on his face and body. I was previously buying the Cetaphil cleanser but I went cruelty free a year ago and was looking for an alternative and I found it! This is a foam cleanser, which is gentle enough to use twice a day on his very delicate skin. It is perfect for removing daily grime and sunscreen but not effective at removing makeup (I had to try it myself). I love that it's a large bottle and and the price was great, but the only thing I don't like is the pump. It pushes down and doesn't spring back up. Small complaint but something to keep in mind. All in all the cleanser works great for what I needed, great quality, SCENT free and CRUELTY Free! I love it.

Essential cleanser is very natural. The composition is real and natural and the quality is amazing. The size is good and the scent is light and soothing. It needs to be diluted with other oil but its feels nice and benefits my health. This is for all ages and is useful

I really love the results of using this cleanser on my face. My face feels smoother and cleaner than before. It has some chemical smell, but I appreciate that it is fragance free and cleaner ingredients compared to other cleansers.

It cleans the face very good and it has a nice consistency. I didn't have any skin issues, which is always a gamble when trying new products. It smells decent and it lasts a few months. A big plus for being PETA-certified cruelty-free.

I was looking for a cruelty-free, gentle, unfragranced cleanser and this ticked the boxes. It´s pH balanced, like all their products, and includes many skin friendly ingredients, plus their own plant based ceramide (although with a wash off product, I´m not convinced of the effectiveness here). It left my face feeling clean and soft, without being dry and tight. I use spf daily and this cleanser alone removed it no problem (I don´t do a first and second step cleansing routine). I wear a little make up sometimes (face powder and lip tint) and it took that off too. The liquid comes out as a light foam when you depress the pump. The product lasted me several months, using it twice a day. I think it is a good value staple and my only complaint would be the pump action becomes somewhat erratic with continued use, hence 4 stars, and the only reason I haven´t re-purchased (yet). I hope the brand chooses to fix this issue. While it´s designed for dry or sensitive skin, I think it´s worth trying, whatever your skin type; but if you wear a lot of make up, it might be better to use this as the second part of a double cleanse. For reference, if it helps, my skin varies from combination to quite dry, depending on the season. Overall, I found this to be a quality product itself and would recommend giving it a go, and you may have better luck with the pump mechanism than me.

Cleans really well, even sunscreen, while being very gentle. Package is easy to use and the foam makes cleaning my face easy. Not irritating or drying at all, even for my sensitive/dehydrated skin. Non scented. Great quality and affordable.
