My husband is taking this in the hopes that it will help offset the loss of bone density that comes with long term use of prescription Fluoxetine. Too early to tell if this will help protect against bone density loss. But the research seems promising, so it's worth a try...

I'm using this to help me absorb the D3, I take a an oil D3 in addition to this supplement and so far, so good.

Choose this instead of revive because the k2 is higher at 150 instead of 100, you need higher k2 to drive calcium into your bones
I saw many good comment about the quality So I order as I need 2500iu this brand is more expensive but I hope it’s worth it as the ingredient is clean I need it for vitamin D to boost my immune as I dun get sun alot
Its a good product i like that it has K2 with it for a good absorption. It is 2000 iu so its good for maintenance and not if you have deficiency and need a higher dose. The size of the tablet is good
It’s my first time buying this brand as was recommended by my naturopath. I like that it’s a combo of D3 and K2. I just wished it comes in a bigger bottle so I don’t have to keep buying. Otherwise easy to consume as the pill is not huge.
