You would think because I’m in the sun a lot my vitiman d would be high. Well my numbers were in the 30’s until I discovered this product. I love naturelo because this is plant based. I’m vegan so I don’t want the vitiman d that comes from sheep‼️my numbers went into the 60’s and 70’s which was great but then I hit 99 on my blood test so I cut back to 2500 units every other day. This might not work for everybody but it works for me.
