I purchased this product after reading articles about the benefits of pumpkin seeds as they are rich in omega-3s, fiber, good fats, antioxidants and minerals such as iron and magnesium. It's a tasty product as a snack, I leave it in a nice glass pot on the table for family consumption, children love it!

I love that these are organic and dry roasted. You can really taste the natural flavor of the pumpkin seeds without any weird artificial aftertaste. The 4oz bag is a bit small because they disappear so fast, but the quality justifies the price. Great source of zinc and protein too. Will definitely be ordering more in my next haul!
