Amazing Nutrition Quercetin and Bromelain
So far, so good. It's not causing stomach upset and fairly easy to swallow. I was diagnosed with MCAS after covid. I was having issues with eating foods I had no issues with before. But after my neurologist put me on anti histamines and changed my food choices, It has gotten better. I want something to help with long-term recovery because I still have flareups. I'll report back after use.
