I’ve been taking 2 capsules a day with fish oil or olive oil, or fatty meals. Some research suggested that Polyphenols absorb better with fats. I notice a subtle energy increase and less brain fog. When I first started taking this, it seemed to give me energy, but I think I've gotten used to it. I bought this to help with cortisol reduction but haven't noticed a difference in belly fat (tell-tale sign) yet. I'm on my 2nd bottle & will keep taking it to see if the belly fat goes down, and to have the increased energy effects. There are other supposed benefits, as well, so hopefully I'm reaping those, too!
