The quality is good and once you open you smell the cherries! Usually I will get the 3500mg but this I will double the dosage. Have been taking for years and helps with joint pain. Also taking it to help with sleep and antioxidant.
I ding when i eat fresh cherries, drink teh juice or take this pill it is very effective in aiding quality sleep. It may also help with muscle soreness. since I do workout, all this would help with the sleep quality.
I use these to help with both sleep support and pain. The bottle does have the scent of cherries but the product does not have a cherry taste in the mouth. The capsules are not particularly large in size and ard easy to swallow. 250 capsules last a long time!
This is my second purchase. I found benefits from the first bottle as it helps me get a really good night sleep. The size of the pill is small and easy to swallow.
i took the t cherry liquid gave me a lot of dhireah these caps are fine ,but have not slept better yet il l give it time
I take 2 capsules every night to help fight inflammation since i can't take regular anti inflammatories. It helps my slee, too. Easy to swallow.
