I find that the product I purchased is working well for me as I’m constantly constipated this product has been helping me go to the toilet better than I was before, no matter how much fibre I eat it’s never enough for me. Great for use as a laxative when taking 2 or 3 tablets instead if the one tablet (which is recommended on the label). This is cheaper than the magnesium oxide sold as a laxative. I don't know if my brain feels more alert because I take it as a laxative or because it's directly enhancing brain function.
