Most brands have one capsule at 500mg, this particular brand has 1000mg in each capsule so I figured I'd give it a try. The smell and taste is slightly different from NOW brand, but works great. For those who don't know, it is also an antiparasitic and I break them down to put on my face if I have a small breakout. Everyone should have these in their homes, cars, bags... I carry it everywhere I go!

I haven't taken it long enough to comment on the efficacy of black seed oil, but I got it hoping that the anti inflammatory properties could help with my asthma and chronic migraines. I have read it can help with both those things, and it does so far seem like I have needed my puffer less. The gel caps are pretty large, but weren't too hard to swallow. It does also cause me minor indigestion and I will burp the taste of cumin for a shirt whike after taking it, but it isn't too uncomfortable for me. overall so far I am happy with the product!
