These work great for bloating and gut health. I noticed results in the first month of taking them. Give them time to work and take them continously.
I decided to give these new probiotics a shot and I haven't regretted it. It's a very high quality product, no complaints, it helps keep my gut healthy, plus it also helps to normalise urination due to the cranberry juice content. which is just like lifesaver for me cause I have some sort of problems with it But there are questions about the number of pills... I would like to include this product in my monthly shopping list, but since there are 40 capsules, it would be difficult to do so, because 10 capsules will surely remain in excess. I would like to be able to purchase a 30 capsule jar or a 60 capsule jar if it's possible in the future.

I’ve been using probiotic supplements for a couple of months now, mainly to improve my gut health and support digestion, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any issues with aftertaste or digestive upset, which I’ve had with other probiotics in the past. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my digestion—there’s less bloating, and I feel more regular. My stomach doesn’t feel as sensitive, and I’ve noticed a decrease in occasional discomfort after meals.

The size of the pill is manageable I find it easy to take both supplements at the same time. Easy to digest and results started showing after a few weeks.
