Pumpkin seeds can help with acne and they’re delicious. The flavor was great I only wish they had more varieties of flavors. I had a garlic Parmesan pumpkin seed variety from an artisan hotel years ago and I’ve always wished I could have that again but I can’t find something like that anywhere those were the best but these are the best I’ve found commercially. Wish they came in a larger size too.
