This is a great way to stay on top of sinus problems, colds, and just being healthier during the winter months. I really like the capsules, because I know they will dissolve much better than tablets. I want to keep this product on hand, Price is very reasonable also. Sambucus Elderberry is definitely a plus, especially with the zinc and vitamin C in it!

The capsules size is ok to swallow. Unfortunately I didn't notice any benefit. I had cold although I have taken the pills 1 month before it.
