Reishi is one of several supplements by Gaia that I use or rotate on a frequent basis. I’ve been using their reishi and turkey tail to keep from getting sick this winter and so far so good. I love that it’s the fruiting bodies and not the mycelium. That means there’s more active compounds in it. It’s hard to find 100% fruiting bodies.
I am on sublingual bioidentical hormone tabs for menopause and was having some unwanted side effects (tender breasts, cystic chin acne, etc.) from my body converting testosterone to the bad form of estrogen. Adding this reishi product has helped tremendously. I take it on an empty stomach in the morning, easy to swallow, no unwanted side effects, no aftertaste.
Excellent product like all Gaia supliments. I really trust in this brand. I take many others in the same time, and this one I take for immunity support as it was recommended by my doctor. Normal size, transparent ingredients , and really apreciate the glass bottle.
I purchased these Reishi Mushroom capsules by Gaia Herbs to take on a recent trip abroad, as I normally use a reishi tincture & was needing to limit liquids for flight. This is the strongest Reishi I have used, its also great for maintaining hours worth of energy, I have never heard of this brand, but Gaia is definitely the brand to look out for!

This product has a beautiful scent. Sometimes I open the bottle just to smell it. The product has no negative effect on the stomach. People with sensitive stomachs can take it without any problems. Of all the medicinal mushrooms, reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is my favorite. Of all the reishi supplements, I think this one is the best.
After taking this for 2-3 months my cortisol levels lowered considerably, I fully recommend this as well as for immune support. The quality & ingredients of Gaia supplements is indeed superior. Glass and opaque packaging is always appreciated in supplement products.
