Started taking these almost a month ago. Capsule size is small, easy to swallow with no weird smell and no funny taste. I noticed I sweat extra after taking them and helped my digestion as well. I've noticed improved digestion and less bloating after two weeks of daily use. Swanson's quality is reliable and the potency seems effective at 3 billion CFU.
But the quality is there. I was looking for BNR17 and couldn't confirm that this was the strain (it's likely not). Nevertheless, you get a good supplement in a very decent size (60). Only ONE ingredient, l. gasseri. No taste, aids in digestion. Absorbs well with food or FOS.

Great strain for culturing! The first mini starter batch from the capsule stayed liquid, but don't throw it out—using that runny starter for the second (larger) batch made a rich, thick yoghurt. I've successfully re-cultured nearly 10 large thick batches from just one capsule now. Excellent strength and value. Viable product.
