I have been suffering with acne for many years caused by high androgens and PCOS. I decided to try this as it is a type of vitamin A which helps skin cell turn over. Its been amazing and given my skin a glow whilst reducing the acne on my chin.

There isn't really anything special about this product, because it's literally just high quality Beta Carotene. It honestly tastes kinda good, not that i actually care about the taste. The size is also very good the price. I've already been seeing some benifits lately, my skin is slightly more orange now. which honestly looks great!

This are tiny and orange, just so cute. My daughters actually started learning how to swallow pills with these! But they quickly wanted more of a challenge... :-D Ingredients also good. After taking them for some weeks or months you really do start to see a change in skin tone,
These are good quality. The package it a small plastic bottle and size of the capsules are very small and easy to swallow, they taste of nothing. I'm unsure of the benefit, I've been taking them about 10 weeks. I took 2 per day in the first week then 1 per day but missed the occasional day. I took these to change my skin tone, I don't think I look more tanned but I do think I'm slightly less pink toned generally. I don't go out in the sun, maybe 10 minutes once a week at most. I do think I'll order them again because of the ease of taking them and the good price.
I truly need these because I have to take six a day for what I’m lacking and my blood levels are finally showing. I’m getting there pretty crazy reason for a lot of my medical issues.
