This has become so much better already. My skin always been great, but I see more “glow” now. My nails also gotten better and stronger. The tablets are pretty big, but you can either split it in half or drink a lot of water. The ingredients are good and of quality, and the price is good. You’re getting quality for what you’re paying for. There are many other products on the market that are more pricey and doesn’t work as good as this one. Update on this one - second time I’m buying this! I really love this one. It helped my hair so much. I have less hair loss and my hair grows faster and it has become thicker again :-)
