This is a new find for me! As a Holistic Nutritionist, I love my herbs and was currently using horsetail for my hair. I am trying this and am enjoying it and the results. Bought it for my spouse as a component of a multi-ingredient therapy: collagen, silica, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid, etc. Due to this we reduced the doze to one pill per day, but still see good results. We also added some minerals to her nutrition and adjusted the diet a bit. She looks better now. NOW Food rules!

To my disappointment, this is not suitable for me. I have on 2 separate occasions - took it, stopped it and came to the conclusions that it made me fat. I would retained fluid and I would look puffier than usual. But when I stopped taking it, I look thinner. FML. I had to stop taking it because of these reasons. It however makes my skin and hair looks great.

I don't know if this effective yet but for me the pill little big

I started taking this supplement to help with thinning hair. So far I've noticed remarkably less hair fall on my second bottle. As for whether my hair is thicker, I can't say for certain lol I've heard good things about bamboo as an ingredient in cooking, and as part of a healthy diet, so this leads me to assume that bamboo silica is a little more absorbable by the body... Size of the capsule is ok, and there is no taste.
