I love the company, best quality and ingredients but the "optimal prenatal" I take from this company, since trying for a baby and in my pregnancy, is not available at the moment, so I ordered this alternative to continue my intake. Because I feel and see so mụch benefit from this prenatal! But the chewable tablets taste horrible, I cannot stomach even two of them, in my mind I know that I should just get over it but I am not consistent because of the taste. I know the chewable iron supplement of the same company - pleasent taste! but this formula is hard, especially for pregnant women...

This brand has one of the best prenatal vitamins on the market. All vitamins are of great quality and in their active forms, which is hard to come by. I’m someone who can’t swallow pills, so this form is just perfect for me; otherwise, I would opt for Seeking Health Comprehensive Prentals in capsules that have even higher concentration of nutrients. The taste is ok and even better than expected. Side note: this formula doesn’t contain iron, so keep that mind and supplement on the side if necessary. Serving size is 2 pills daily, taken with breakfast or at lease 5 hours before bedtime. 10/10 highly recommend

Veru good formula with methylated forms of the vitamins. You can rarely find a methylated forms in a good blend. I recommend them! The taste is not very good but I guess you will have to deal with it ;)

This are very good vitamins, I take it from time to time and I give to my 5 years old a part of one tablet. The taste is ok and I think I'm seeing effect already. It is suitable for everybody, because the vitamin forms are great. The quality is very high, I'm a fan of the brand and taking some of their products all the time as a pervention for deficioncy.

These chewable prenatals are nice because it's only 2 pills daily about the size of a nickel. The taste isn't horrible, but they are pretty chalky and I'd imagine if you're thoroughly pregnant they might be hard to stomach. That being said, the quality seem to be good. I started taking them prior to conception by recommendation by my midwife, and about a month into pregnancy, but ultimately I think I'm going to switch to another prenatal. These don't have choline (important in early pregnancy for neural development) or iron in them. You're meant to separately supplement iron since the calcium that's in this can inhibit iron uptake if taken at the same time.

Great for those that have difficulty swallowing pills. The taste took some taking used to. The quality of these vitamins is top notch. I tried about 4 prenatals all of which were either hard to swallow or smelled/tasted so bad they made me nauseous. Then I found these and stuck with them through my whole pregnancy and now postpartum while nursing.
