Optimal Prenatal, 240 Capsules

Best prenatal out there! It sucks the daily dose is 8 capsules but I have read Dr Ben’s book and 8 is probably not necessary every day if you eat well, some of those months in pregnancy it is hard to do that though so it is nice. I still take this postpartum while breastfeeding and only take 3-4 a day so it lasts a lot longer than a month

All ingredients included are what I need to support my TTC journey until I get pregnant 🙏🏼. Quite pricey but good quality. The only concern is I'm taking 8 caps daily. Size is fine and no taste. The package is just fine. I like that ithey contain methylfolate and high potency.

Wanting the best, this is a good one for dosage and composition. Expensive but worth it. Only drawback is amount of daily pills with bad morning sickness makes it hard to get full dosage. Would repurchase for quality.

I always love this brand and I can definitely feel the difference after taking this for 2 weeks. It's expensive but it's great for someone like me who has a metylation issue

This prenatal has soo much in it. I was able to stop 3 other supplements as this included them all. Highly recommend if you're looking for something that has everything. 8 tables a day is a bit of a downside but also understandable with how much is included!

I’ve tried several prenatal vitamins, but Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal is by far my favorite. What really sets it apart is that it uses active, bioavailable forms of nutrients - especially folate (as methylfolate) and B12 (as methylcobalamin). That makes a big difference if your body has trouble converting synthetic forms like folic acid. I also love that the formula feels clean and well-balanced - no unnecessary additives, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands.

I really like this prenatal because it’s well thought out and complete.
