If you need a daily prenatal and manage to catch these in stock - do not hesitate. Quality is superb, capsules size is big but manageable. It'll keep you supplied with everything your baby needs and be gentler on your body. Is gluten free which was important for me. Ingredients like folate are also a plus.
I feel really good as I taking this complex. My doctror told me to take this and a few additional supplements like L-Alginine, Inosytol, Selenium and L-Cysteine. So as I understood - this complex doesn't includes all ingredients that I need for my goals, but it is one of the best among this kind of supplements. Hope that effect will be great. Only serving is not very convinient for me - 6 pills per day day it's really a lot
Really nice formulation. I love this brand. It doesn’t have fillers and it is good for breastfeeding. It has a comprehensive vitamins. Easy to swallow caps.
I took them when pregnant and my b12, vit d, and b1 all went up. They were low from too much throwing up. I took two with each meal as taking six at once was a bit much for me.
Was looking for a methyl free formula as my partner was sensitive. After our research, it seems that seeking health (like Thorne) is 3rd party tested and trusted brand. Note it doesn’t contain iron as they compete with calcium absorption.
I use this in rotation with the Optimal Prenatal (non MF version). I can't comment on the effectiveness, but I haven't had any negative side effects from either product.
I'm usually sensitive to the stimulating effects of methylated B12 and its after effects. Love that there is a methyl free version of prenantal multivitamins to use.
