It is worth noting that the texture is closer to a chewable tablet than a traditional lozenge, which might not match everyone’s preferences.

Liking the brand Seeking Health. They have multiple lozenges my 8 year old is taking daily with enthusiasm. My child likes the taste, therefore it’s easy for my child take. I’m satisfied with this zinc for my child. It has bygliscinate zinc ingredient, which is meant to be the most absorbable. 1 chewable a day. My child rejected other brand zinc lozenges. This one is a winner.

These pills were just right because I was looking for a small dose of zinc and most other products had unbelievably high levels. The pills are small and easy enough to swallow and the formulation was quick dissolving ( you can test by dropping it in water) They helped me sleep better.

when sore throat is coming on these are a great go to. superior to encapsulated zinc in this scenario as the zinc is dissolved and concentrated where the throat infection is. good value too.
