Such a high quality electrolyte, high in potassium and other minerals rather than being mostly salt and sweetener. Dissolves really quickly and flavour is quite nice
The taste can be a bit much initially - but I got around it by dissolving them in more water and adding fresh lemon juice - sipping over a longer time (as they recommend). One of the few electrolyte mixes I could find with an acaloric sweetener that seems relatively safe and uncontroversial (monk fruit extract). The other ingredient choice and electrolyte balance / dosage seems good, as well (albion magnesium malate instead of cheaper oxide or citrate, for example).
I liked it, no sweet taste, so if you like sweet flavor this one might not be for you.
Great tasking electrolyte which also contains Creatine for muscles. The quality of the ingredients are top notch and the stick packets are handy to take on-the-go. I have tried many other electrolytes but most seem to taste synthetic. This one tastes great. I would recommend this product.
This electrolyte mix works great for hydration. I feel more energized and less fatigued, especially after workouts or busy days. The lemonade flavor is refreshing and not too sweet.
High-quality ingredients good for hydration in the gym and workouts. The flavour is meant to be lemonade but it is more like a lemon citrus flavour. Not very sweet more tangy really. Berry flavour is my favourite choice.
My current favorite electrolyte mix - best in class ingredients, I feel much more awake after I drink it in the morning. So far the lemon taste is a slightly better than the orange, but the biggest difference (don't know why) compared to the orange - it doesn't get as fizzy... With the orange if you don't stir well, half of the electrolytes get stuck on the glass because of the foam!
i love products from seeking health because they really take into account the importance of dosages and ingredients and are high quality. most electrolytes focus on "sports" which then include a high dosage of sodium, which is not something i am looking for. i want more "everyday electrolytes" so this ingredient list fits perfectly with my needs. perfect balance of sodium, magnesium and potassium + other key ingredients. also love the lime flavor! i like the single packets for on the go
A nice electrolyte for sickness or feeling run down. Taste is good.
