Bought it a couple of times already and must say it works well, I really feel the difference after I take it in the day, good mineral content and my guts do not get dry now (constipations due to low hydration are now gone - my GP recommended to take electrolytes, due to this I tried several and stayed with this one). The only thing I'm not too happy with is the taste and that after opening the jar, the powder sticks together due to slight humidity.

I was so surprised that this makes a fizzy drink! The taste is great and very impress with the clean ingredients. Dr. G on Instagram review this power as one of the highest quality ingredients. I use after working out. Definitely just stir it with water; don’t shake it up like I did! The carbonation made my lid pop off😂

Love this! Super refreshing and nice addition of vitamins too - unfortunately i realised that niacin was causing increased urination (a good thing for most people but not for me with my poor kidney strength). So i gave to my husband who really enjoys.
