We love this as it has replaced the sports drinks my husband used to drink. It hydrates and give us energy like they could never. It tastes great and gives us the energy we need to finish our exercises and for him to play softball during the hot summer days.

I use this powder daily. I add a scoop to water then open up the capsules of my other vitamins and add to to drink.

Surely a great product and has good taste, which is very important. But it for my boyfriend that does a lot of sport makes you feel hydrated and easy and accessible to drink while training overall a great product does the job and the taste is great.

I love that it’s flavor tastes natural and refreshing, the size is also appropriate with a serving size of one month but idk if it’s the flavor or the ingredients that give me a chest burn if I take it empty stomach

This is the best electrolyte powder I've tried so far. I like the flavor. The ingredients are high quality, and I really like the fact that it contains mushroom as well as the other ingredients that help replace electrolytes. This is my go-to in the summertime especially, really helps keep me hydrated and healthy.
