These are easy to take. But the first time I tried one at a time, it burned inside. I need to take with or right after food to avoid this feeling.

I feel the heat in my stomach after 15-30 min after taking this supplement. Although, be very careful and don't take it on an empty stomach!!! I tried once, and In about 10-15 min my stomach was burning and hurting like never before.

The quality of this item and ingredients are fantastic with only organic . The benefits are better circulation which makes your body feel more active and free. Noticable change for me after 3 months. Dosage was just what I was looking for. The pill size was perfect for me. Would recommend taking with dairy products.
