This is a great adaptogen. I use it at nite before bed because it makes me happy and relaxed like C 🐝 D lol. 😂 I can take Holy Basil in the day, especially if it’s mixed with some other herbs. But by itself it’s too relaxing and I won’t get anything done during the day. That’s just me though 😂

A very good holy basil supplement with clean and quality ingredients. The price is expensive in my opinion.
This made me feel like I was drunk, and I made me dizzy. I really did not like the feeling so I’m scared to take it again. Unless you’re dealing with chronic depression, this is very very potent.
I am unsure how much this did for me as I took the whole bottle and then I stopped and I did not notice much difference.
I take this in conjunction with a couple other adaptogen herbs and some amino acids for help with anxiety that has gotten terrible in perimenopause. After a couple of weeks I’m noticing a definite lessening in anxiety severity as well as a decreased stress response. I like this brand and use them for several of the herbs I take because they use organic ingredients and don’t use unnecessary fillers. Holy basil is thought to have a lot of additional benefits as well so I will continue taking this one. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for help with anxiety, just be sure to give it a few weeks to see full effects and check for any potential interactions with other meds you are taking.
I like the pure formula and that it’s organic. Helps with my anxiety and depression. Check out Nootropics Expert for a lot of information. I’m so glad also that Iherb ships to Portugal, a saving grace as it’s very hard to find a lot of these products. They make it easy as taxes and customs are all taken care of!
I would have to sing the praises of Wild Harvest. It is a very good brand and I can get it at I Herb. I trust I Herb and have never had a problem with an order. They are both the best of the best.
