Have been taking this supplement for quite a long time. I like that it helps me regulate the flora, every morning I can go to toilet regularly without effort. I was worried that it could make me run to toilet May times a day, but no! I don’t feel any discomfort after taking it. As for weight-loss I think I would have more result if I have better eating habits.
These capsule are easy to digest, are very easy on your tummy and are high quality. I have been taking these for about 6 months on a regular basis and have seen a difference in my digestion. I've had fewer upset stomach issue and a lot less bowel problems. They have no flavor or after taste, and don't cause indigestion for me.
Ive heard good things about this product line and just started. I had a not good reaction with their liquid magnesium... but this seems to be helping. I take it at night before sleeping and works its magic over night while I sleep... getting my biome more balanced since perimenopause has slowed everything down.

I bought this when Garden of Life was not available to buy. I like this a lot. My gut seemed to calm down. However my partner got unwell being on it. I think it may be due to it cleaning up but they refused to continue on it. I have had great results though I don’t see qny weight loss though. It’s not cheap but I think it’s worth the cash.
