Who products for quite some time. I have heard a lot of good things about her products and the quality of the products. So far I have used this and have felt an overall better well sense of being. I have only use this product for a week, but I do feel more focus and more energized Size is small but dropper bottle and is easy to take.

I can't swear this works, but I definitely "feel" a difference. Due to having lupus, I've been on prednisone for over 20 years. That can bring on adrenal failure and chronic fatigue. I've also had ADHD most of my life, and the fatigue doesn't help me to get motivated. I feel a clear difference when I add Mary Ruth's to my daily supplement routine. I would say it's definitely worth a try if you're struggling with these issues.

I did a DNA hair sample test for sensitivity and imbalance which shows my kidneys need aid and detoxification. I have auto-immune CFS/ME and also sensitivity to many foods and weak gut. I switched to more selective diet since last year like keto and fasting but lately it is not entirely keto but a very selective though and I am now considering the high reactivity food list I got from sensitivity test results. The kidney detoxes I researched have cayenne pepper which I know I can't take as even eating cooked capsicum hurts my stomach so I couldn't try those so I ordered this one. I always start with half dosage of any supplement. I have taken this mixed in normal water usually with breakfast or on empty stomach when I feel chronic fatigue or dizziness or any such myriad symptoms of my condition. it mixes well, has a slight smell but once dissolve nothing awful and is practically un-noticeable. I liked the quality ingredients, it didn't hurt my stomach and has no after taste. I am also taking some other supplements and its only been few days. I notice a subtle aid but can't say for sure. I want to just try this in isolation and supplements require sometime to work. I will update my progress if I do see noticeable difference. The size is good as it lasts a month at full dose and it is easier to take than pills in my view. everyone is different so the results will vary. not yucky alcohol like you typically get with tinctures, very easy to swallow! I'll have to check back for long term results review. starting it tasting good is a great place to start, then I might actually take it consistently and see a benefit!
