Love it, tastes amazing, love that it has both folate and folic acid, and as I'm starting to experience nausea in early pregnancy and even more so after my other prenatal (non gummy), I appreciate this which is not only tolerable but delicious. Love the choline in it too. One thing, it doesn't have iron (as gummies usually don't) so I really need to work iron into my diet through foods. Highly recommend. Please like if this helps at all

I'm not expecting, and am past that stage. But like the amount of iodine, zinc, and selenium in this supplement. (Studies show too much zinc is actually bad for bone mineral density.) I also appreciate that is has beta carotene for vit A. It tastes great. And like another reviewer, I think it gives me energy.

I alternated between these and another gummy type prenatal on here in the first trimesters. Once I got tired of the taste and texture of them I switched to tablets.i think they are good quality and taste okay. The pay contain mostly everything you need so ingredients-wise should be good.
