My 16 year old daughter has fairly clear skin, but breakouts happen. 30yo here, still having breakouts. I tried this and it honestly does appear to minimise my breakouts, I now just take collagen and use collagen masks but I plan to keep this one in my memory bank for when my kids hit their teens.
