I have been using this brand of magnesium citrate for over 20 years now. While I have tried other brands, none of them compares to this one. I have been very satisfied with the product, but the one thing that always bugged me was the container, which was kind of tall. When you are ready to make your magnesium, you need to measure it out with a measuring spoon, but as you get close to the bottom of the container, it was really hard to reach the magnesium even with a measuring spoon. So, I was ecstatic when I realized they had modified the shape of the jar. This made it so much easier to get all of the product out. Anyway, it is the same great product they have made for years, but just in a shorter and wider container. I highly recommend this product.

The quality and subsequent benefits of using CALM over the many years has paid off. I’m rounding 70 years of age and I haven’t been affected by osteoporosis, to date. I think it has to do with the regular feeding that my joints and muscles ( no cramping!!)receives from the the magnesium, calcium and potassium minerals. May be TMI but it’s great for keeping the bowels moving, too. And, I sleep well. I drink daily b4 bedtime- anytime is fine - the routine and consistent use is what makes the difference. Taste is benign - I use unflavored.

Great supplement! I heard I lot of great things about it from medical professionals! I tried it the first time with a little water and it was not a good taste, next day a poured more water and it was better, I think I will order next time a flavored one :) I take it 30min to 1h before bed, for a better sleep and for night leg cramps. I liked it when we have different options of taking supplements, not only pills, so I'm gonna keep using this version.

We used to consume a different calcium powder (that is no longer manufactured ), and I was concerned that any other product could adequately replace it. However this product has proven to be very effective and is proven through strong nail and hair growth, as well as good bone density test results. Recommend!

I have been using CALM plus calcium unflavored for several years and will continue because it helped my body to calm down and relax. I had a calcium deficiency as a child because my body inherited problems to absorb certain forms of it. With this form I have no problems! It has just the right combination of Calcium and Magnesium.

Great quality ingredients. I like that it's not just magnesium because you need calcium as well. The package comes in a handy size. I benefit from it by having a good sleep. Those are good minerals and everybody needs them. It really is tasteless; I would describe it as just a tad sour but not so much.

Very strong and unacceptable taste.. couldn’t drink it.. haven’t tried it with juice or honey yet.. only with water.. strong on my stomach

I have used this product for many years. I take it right before I go to sleep at night. The minerals help with sleep and calcium for bone density. The company has quality ingredients.
