Hello! I’m 33 years old and I’ve been having difficulty getting pregnant. I have hormonal issues. Before I started taking zinc, my hair barely grew, I had a very severe outbreak of perioral dermatitis that I couldn’t get rid of with anything, I felt tired, and my nails were brittle.
