The quality and ingredients are decent, and the capsule size is easy to take. However, I didn’t notice as strong effects compared to Doctor’s Best Zinc-Carnosine. It’s not bad overall, just not the best option out there.

Size of capsules very small and easy to swallow, no scent, no aftertaste or any discomfort which is quite common with zinc products, so I believe feel some sort of improvement in my digestion, and less bloating, it is to early to be sure, but I have a big hope 😇, will update soon. As I understood consistency is key here for effectiveness.
