I am obsessed with these and could easily eat the whole box in one sitting, the mint chocolate flavor is incredible. They are such a great find because they satisfy that sweet craving with simple nut and seed flours rather than the refined grains and artificial flavors you usually find in cookies.

These are like the healthier cousin of thin mints. There is a subtle minty flavor which goes well with the modest chocolate flavor. There's less sugar (coconut sugar) per serving and it uses watermelon seed flour (interesting). Considering the novel ingredients, I don't taste any oddities. I think these hit the spot if you are health conscious and don't want to commit to eating thin mints or other similar cookies.
