This is amazing! Top quality ingredients made in Italy, taste is incredible and so beneficial to my diet as einkorn is rich in protein. The composition of protein profile is ideal for mixing with other plant based protein like pea for example. I ate so much of this snack because it’s so nutritious so I’m not sure if this is a snack or just food.
