good quality for content. did see noticeable change for weight loss with this product alone. the bottle is a little bit heavy and the cap is quite small. it is very difficult to pour adequate amount to the cap. Often did the liquid poured out of the cap. i hope there will be better design for pouring and amount measuring.

It contains the Mother, making it very valuable for me and it has a cranberry flavor to it, so it’s nice to add a shot to water and enjoy it as a beverage. I am never disappointed by Bragg.
