True coconut can be used as cooking oil and as body and hair moisturizer but you have to wash it out.

Organic Coconut Oil
I use this oil for all my cooking needs. It is very tasty and gives a very, very light coconut flavor to any dish you cook it in. I love the flavor, using it in stir fries, baking and just taking a teaspoon now and then. You will love this!

Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
I’ve been using coconut oil for baking and daily care. It’s very versatile. Besides baking, I also use it as a natural moisturizer for my skin and hair. It absorbs well into the skin and leaves it soft and nourished, with no allergic reactions since it’s a pure natural oil.
