I take a teaspoon early morning with an empty stomach. It tastes like avocado, tarty and yummy at the same time The ingredient is quite safe and simple and you can tell that the quality is very good. I never use it for cooking only drinking every morning as it is quite expensive.

i love this oil & use it frequently. However, will never buy from here again as it is packaged in a HUGE thick plastic sleeve that no one can recycle. The whole company apparently uses plastic instead of paper to package things and it is beyond disgusting.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
