Appears to be a quality ubiquinol CoQ10 single ingredient product. I’ve had no issues with that. That being said current research indicates that ubiquinone is absorbed just as ubiquinol and is half the price. Because of that, I’m going to opt for a ubiquinone product going forward as I can get double the dose for a similar price.

A great antioxidant. A low dose 50mg capsule. Can take more than one if needed. Small and easy to swallow capsules. More absorbable delivery than CoQ10. Works as well as Doctor's Best Ubiquinol, except these soft gels are a little harder to the touch. Very good to take especially as you get older, good for the heart and your trillions of cells.
