This gut-friendly bacterium, often found in dairy products, has been instrumental in alleviating my IBS symptoms and reducing occurrences of diarrhea. Not only has it helped my digestive system, but it has also played a role in defending my teeth against decay. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone looking to enhance their digestive health and boost their immune system.

I wanted to try this after I stumbled on some anecdotal accounts that L. Rhamnosus can increase dopamine synthesis. Some research does suggest that this strain can influence neurotransmitter production, including dopamine, and positively affect dopamine and serotonin BBB crossover, but L. rhamnosus has also been shown to increase the expression of Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH), the enzyme responsible for converting tyrosine to L-DOPA, a precursor to dopamine. This happens in tandem (more dopamine and more enzymes that break it down). so it really depends on how well/fast you can convert TH into dopamine (how well/fast you can "replenish" it). That is to say, if TH expression is higher than endogenous production, you're getting a net loss of dopamine. From my experience, as someone who has VDRtaq upregulated (producing LOTS of dopamine without punitive downregulation), I've noticed LOWER mood after taking this every morning before food. The same was true for my boyfriend, who's clinically depressed. YMMV. It's still worth a try.

It amazing this product because it makes my stomach good and also I have a pain in my lower abdomen but now it's gone but I have a little pain but not like before. I ordered 3x now I check out 5 minutes ago. Although it's a bit expensive for me but quality. Thanks for this product.
I’ve been using this supplement for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The packaging was secure, and it arrived quickly. After just a couple of weeks, I noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste. I appreciate that it’s non-GMO and free from unnecessary fillers. Definitely planning to reorder—highly recommend!
I'm trialling Lactobacillus Rhamnosus to see if it can rebalance my microbiome. I've read that it can help in cases of IBS, leaky gut, stomach inflammation, and imbalances in the gut. This probiotic doesn't seem to need refrigeration, like a lot of other probiotics. The capsule is quite small and easy to take.

This bacteria makes the best tasting yoghurt I've ever had!
Beyond nutrition, L. rhamnosus provides "biocontrol" during and after the fermentation process: Pathogen Inhibition: It produces bacteriocins (natural antimicrobials) and lactic acid that inhibit common foodborne pathogens like Salmonella and E. coli within the yogurt matrix. Toxin Detoxification: Some strains, like L. rhamnosus GG, can bind to and degrade environmental toxins such as aflatoxins (harmful molds) and heavy metals.
