I highly recommend this oil if you have periodontal issues to work on. Oil pulling is rough for me. Holding the oil in my mouth for that long is a process. I often soak a cotton swab in the oil and apply to my teeth after flossing. My teeth always feel incredibly clean after this process and I have definitely noticed improvement in my gum health.
I've been using this daily swish every few days. Basically, a few times per week. The flavor is good; I taste the cinnamon flavor but it is not overwhelming. My gums are sensitive and they really like this composition. My gum/teeth situation feels really clean after using a swig of this and swishing for 5 minutes or so.

I use plain coconut oil for oil pulling, but keep a bottle of this on hand to mix it up.It is entirely pleasant and swishing a couple of times a week for ten minutes or more really makes the mouth feel fresher. Also seems to ameliorate conditions when feeling under the weather, likely due to it’s antibacterial nature. Glad iHerb carries this.

I have been using this oil pulling oil for a couple months. I can say that the flavor is okay, an upgrade from plain coconut oil which I was using before. It also has some other herbs that protect teeth. I haven't been using it for that long to see if my teeth have been significantly improved after using this product. it does make my teeth feel cleaner. if you are looking for a oil for oil pulling besides coconut I would recommend because it's good generally

I was really happy to find that Banyan is now available on iherb. I have purchased daily swish before in the peppermint. This time, I tried the cinnamon, and I am happy they switched to glass bottles. The cinnamon flavor is not too strong.
I tried to oil pull a few years back but using coconut oil was just too heavy. This mix is a lot lighter and I use this when I want a change from the minty flavour.
