I follow Dr. Ellie Philips’ dental protocol and use this every night after brushing my teeth. It’s too early to say whether it’s helping me with cavities. But I stopped having gingivitis, and my teeth are less sensitive.

Great size, great bottle. Taste is balanced and its not unpleasant, its very good quality but would use better storage by iherb. Its a daily use for me and will definetly order again, i would just hope iherb to be more fair about the prices im paying way too much compared to the US prices

This mouth wash is a great product for healthy, clean teeth. It's part of Dr Ellie Phillips mouthcare system which is an awesome system. To be used as the last step after brushing teeth, the benefits I can say make a huge difference. For anyone wanting to have the best quality teeth they can this is gentle and has great tasting flavor. Size, packaging and composition are ok. Age probably best for older children and adults. sensitivity doesn't seem to be an issue.

My son's dentist recommended an anticavity rinse after brushing and I believe this brand has a good, solid product. Not "spicy" at all but offers a pleasant and refreshing, after-brush rinse for him.

I've just starting follow Dr. Ellie's full mouth system for the past 2 weeks and this is the last thing to do in the routine. got confused between the size coz it contains different flouride but Google helps to get this small size one eventhough it says to use it only once a day. it's great after using the Listerine , neutralized the mint in my mouth. the flavour is mild.

We are happy with using this cavity preventative mouthwash twice daily. It has a mild mint flavor and the right kind of fluoride in it to support healthy teeth.

I use this because my dentist said if it has fluoride it is good. Also, this doesn't have alcohol which can cause dry mouth and has a burn. This is my go-to. I also get the generic version at CVS. I like that the bottle has the squeeze-cap you can fill
