This is a great supplement which ticks all the right marks. I felt lots of energy and clarity of mind while taking it. The icing on the cake is that it doesn’t make pee smelly neon yellow like other B-complex overloaded supplements do. A must have for any man seeking an improvement in activity.
Got this for my husband to upkeep his overall health. It's rather all inclusive for men's health, with all essential vitamins and some herbs. Comes in a big bottle of 120 capsules, so it will last quite long. Recommended to take 4 caps a day, but we do 2 caps and still good enough for daily maintenance.
There are numerous men's formulas for general supplementation. I was attracted to this one because the Seeking Health brand tends to focus on absorption issues with its supplements. I like that it has the more absorptive forms of the B vitamins and in low dosages. It also contains numerous other nutrients.
